The ideal candidate should be a B.Com graduate with CS Inter (Executive Programme) qualified experience in corporate compliance, accounting, and regulatory filings. Experience in a CA, CS, or capital markets setting will be an added advantage.

The selected candidate will assist the Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial reports and maintaining compliance records, and supporting day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, MCA, GST and Income Tax portals, and the ability to work within strict regulatory timelines.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience). Candidates with excellent communication skills, integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to build a long-term career in the regulated financial services industry are encouraged to apply.
