Role & Responsibilities:
Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
Follow up on medical reports for discharged patients from the listed medical institutions.
Ensure timely retrieval of medical documents as per client deadlines.
Maintain explicit, qualified communication in an international voice-based workplace.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Graduate freshers or those awaiting results are welcome.
Candidates must be open to work from office; WFH is not appreciated.
