Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to comprehend design requirements and project
objectives.
• Generate visually captivating designs for various marketing and communication
materials, such as creative posters, banners and social media graphics.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts adhering to the organization's brand
guidelines.
• Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools)
to create and modify designs.
• Ensure visual consistency, aesthetic appeal, and alignment with the organization's
branding across all designs.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, delivering high-quality work within
specified deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet their specific
requirements and objectives.
• Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual impact of design
projects.
• Assist in maintaining the organization's visual identity and brand integrity throughout all
design materials.





Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of skilled experience as a Graphic Designer in any
industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, video
editing tools, and AI technology.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is Preferred

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
