We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for our US Healthcare AR Calling process in Hyderabad.

Contact insurance companies in the US for claims status
Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging bucket.
Responsible for working on Denials & Rejections.
Resolve payment issues by Identifying, correcting the billing errors & resubmitting it to the insurance companies.

Responsibilities:
Meet daily/weekly/monthly production & quality as per project Timelines.
Responsible for follow up with the Insurance companies on outstanding accounts receivable on behalf of doctors/physicians.
Ensure Production and Quality targets are met daily.

What we need:
Must be a Graduate (Recent pass-outs preferred).
Excellent English Communication skills (read and write).
Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
Willingness to work in Night shifts.
Strictly Work from Office
Immediate Joiners preferred
