Job Responsibilities:
Handling juveniles or children with love and affection.
Taking proper care and welfare of juveniles or children.
Maintaining discipline among the juveniles or children.
Implementing a daily routine in an effective manner and ensuring children's involvement.
Administrative role and responsibilities.
Observing the different behaviours of students and informing the concerned persons
Escorting juveniles or children whenever they go out of the home
Looking after the security and safety arrangements of the home
Key Competencies:
Positive communication skills to deal with children.
Valuable Computer skills
Good coordination with team members.
Positive observation skills.
Understanding of child needs.
Understanding of Different Acts and Govt. Schemes for children
Able to take care of children with love and affection.
Qualification
Graduate in Social Work(BSW/MSW)
Knowledge of Hindi up to Matriculation
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of child welfare/social welfare/Education
