Job Summary:

We are hiring for multiple roles across Financial Management Reporting (FMR) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for finance professionals with solid expertise in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Job Description:
Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and external audits.
Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Profile Description:

Eligibility
CA - 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience
CMA - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience




MBA - 5 to 13 years of experience
Experience working with core FMCG organisations.
Exposure to managing financial reporting for manufacturing clients is an added advantage.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
Proven experience in client interactions and relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
