We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Oncologist Consultant to provide specialized care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with cancer. The consultant will be responsible for creating personalized cancer treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, and working closely with surgical and radiation oncology teams in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage various types and stages of cancer in adult and/or pediatric patients.
Design and supervise chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy regimens.
Monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with surgical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, and palliative care teams.
Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary team meetings, and clinical discussions.
Counsel patients and families on prognosis, treatment options,



and supportive care.
Ensure accurate medical documentation and compliance with treatment protocols.
Participate in clinical research, trials, and academic activities if applicable.

Skills and Competencies:
Deep knowledge of medical oncology, pharmacology, and cancer biology
Excellent decision-making in complex oncologic cases
Empathetic patient communication and counseling skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary cancer care team
Up-to-date with latest advancements and evidence-based oncology guidelines

Preferred Certifications:
Fellowship in Oncology (optional but preferred)
Palliative Care certification (for advanced-stage care focus)
Participation in national/international oncology conferences or clinical trials
