Key Responsibilitie
s:Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and service
s.Manage supplier performance, evaluate quotations, and finalize purchase order
s.Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock level
s.Maintain accurate procurement records in Tally and related system
s.Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of goods and service
s.Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delay
s.Assist in budgeting, cost control,
and forecasting of procurement need
s.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirement
