SAP QM Lead Consultant

Experience: 6+

Location: Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP Quality Management (QM) implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Configure and manage QM processes including Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, MICs, Quality Notifications, CAPA, Defect Management, and Quality Certificates.
Drive integration of SAP QM with PP, MM, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.

Mandatory Skills
Robust hands-on experience in

SAP QM with S/4HANA implementation experience.

Incoming, In-Process &
Final Inspection
Inspection Plans &
MICs
Quality Notifications
Vendor &
Customer Quality Management
Defect Management &
CAPA
Quality Certificates
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations/conversions.
Solid integration knowledge with PP, MM, WM/EWM.
Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation and multiple support/rollout projects.
