• Quotation Coordinator to manage our end-to-end bidding and pricing processes. In this role, you will act as the central hub connecting our manufacturing plant, sales teams, clients, and external stakeholders. You will ensure the timely, accurate submission of commercial bids for both private and government sector projects. Key Responsibilities Tender &

• Bid Management
End-to-End Handling: Manage the complete lifecycle of private and government tender applications.
Compliance Review: Review tender documents to ensure alignment with submission guidelines.
Document Compilation: Gather technical data, certificates, and legal documents for compliance.

Quotation &

• Commercial Coordination
Cross-Functional Sync: Coordinate with the manufacturing plant to check product availability and lead times.
Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with Sales to calculate accurate project costs and margins.
Client Interface:



Deliver final quotations to customers and resolve pricing queries.

Data &

• Stakeholder Management
System Updates: Maintain exact data entries and track bid statuses within SAP.
Report Generation: Utilize Advanced Excel to build trackers, analyze pricing trends, and report progress.
Communication Hub: Align project updates across internal teams, plant heads, and external partners.

Required Skills &

• Qualifications

Technical Expertise
SAP Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating SAP modules for sales, distribution, or logistics.
Advanced Excel: Mastery of formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data tracking.

Industry Knowledge
Project Understanding: Transparent understanding of standard private procurement and government tendering rules.
Process Documentation: Experience navigating portal submissions, earnest money deposits (EMD), and bank guarantees.

Soft Skills
Interpersonal Skills: Robust verbal and written communication to manage diverse stakeholders.
Time Management: Proven ability to meet strict, non-negotiable tender deadlines.
