We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Shop Helper / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous retail experience is an advantage but is not required.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers.
Help customers find products and answer basic questions.
Arrange and organize products on shelves.
Keep the shop clean and well-maintained.
Handle billing and cash transactions (training provided if needed).
Monitor stock and inform the manager when items are running low.
Assist with receiving and unpacking current stock.
Support day-to-day shop operations.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.
Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi.
Basic English is a plus.
Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
Friendly personality with positive customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team.
