Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Singapore taxation engagements including corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing compliance for Indian clients with Singapore operations.
Prepare and review Singapore tax returns, disclosures, and supporting documentation in adherence to IRAS guidelines and OECD standards.
Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of cross-border transactions, M&A;, and investment vehicles involving Singapore entities.
Collaborate with local Singapore tax teams to resolve audits,
respond to queries, and manage tax assessments.
Develop client-specific tax strategy decks and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Train junior team members on Singapore tax law, compliance frameworks, and documentation best practices.
