Role Description This is a full time, remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager.

The Social Media Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, managing community interactions, and monitoring trends relevant to digital PR and content marketing. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing regular reports, collaborating with internal teams to align messaging,



and testing current formats and channels to improve reach and impact.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing multi-platform communities.

Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and adapt content to brand and campaign objectives.

Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media efforts with broader online campaigns and performance goals.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and community management.

Experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with PR, online reputation management, or content marketing for startups and agencies is beneficial.

Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
