Educatsio is a growing dance and music academy committed to providing high-quality training in a professional and inspiring environment. We are looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Studio Coordinator to become an important part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Handle calls, Walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into trial classes and admissions.
Coordinate student schedules and trial classes.
Manage fee collections and maintain student records.
Coordinate with instructors and support daily studio operations.
Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist in events, workshops, and academy activities.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Friendly, confident, and skilled personality.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp,



and emails.
Previous experience in front desk, customer service, administration, or hospitality is preferred.
Experience in Dance and Music will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience and final interview)
