The ideal candidate will handle outbound calling, understand family preferences for life partners, and pitch our premium matrimonial packages to prospective clients.Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to verified leads and introduce premium matchmaking services.
Sales Conversions: Convince parents and candidates to upgrade to paid premium memberships.
Client Consultation:



Understand family backgrounds, cultural values, and partner expectations patiently.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular touch with prospective and existing clients to build trust.
Target Achievement: Meet daily calling metrics and monthly sales targets consistently.

Key Requirements
Gender: Female candidates only.
Language: Complete fluency in Hindi is mandatory with excellent conversational skills.
Experience: 0.6 to 3 years of experience in Tele sales, Inside Sales, Customer Care, or hospitality (Matrimonial industry experience is a big plus). Freshers with exceptional communication skills may apply.
Skills: Solid persuasion, emotional intelligence, active listening, and phone etiquette.
