We are looking for a proactive and organized Transport Coordinator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation activities, ensuring timely deliveries, managing transport documentation, tracking vehicle movements, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
Assign drivers based on route, availability, and operational requirements.
Prepare cost-effective trip plans to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for loading and unloading activities.
Maintain transport documentation, including trip sheets, delivery notes, and transport logs.
Monitor vehicle movement, fuel usage, mileage, and driver performance.
Track deliveries and provide timely updates on delays or operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair schedules.
Handle transport-related issues and provide timely resolutions.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Transport/Logistics Coordination.
Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of transport operations, routes, documentation, and logistics processes.
Positive understanding of transport regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
