Sr Sales Executive-Male & Female The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the sales process, including customer interactions, inventory handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base while contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Regular Tasks-
Arrange displays at counters after stock trays come out from the vault.
Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Understand and address customer requirements effectively.
Execute sales from existing stock or place orders as per customer specifications.




Focus on converting returning customers into potential repeat customers.
Maintain a comprehensive customer database for effective follow-ups.
Persuade customers for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Resolve any customer problems related to orders during the delivery process.
Follow up on customer orders with the back-office team for timely processing.

Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
MBA degree in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced and dynamic setting.
