Job Summary:

A Travel Consultant assists clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements. They provide expert advice on destinations, transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and tour packages while ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel services.
Prepare travel itineraries and provide relevant travel documentation.
Advise clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and travel insurance options.
Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and customer inquiries.
Resolve travel-related issues and provide support before, during, and after travel.
Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
Promote and sell travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to meet sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications




Undergraduate Degree or equivalent; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
Proven experience in travel consulting, customer service, or sales.
Knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Working Conditions
Office-based
May require adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak travel seasons.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
