Key Responsibilities
Assist in handling customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare holiday itineraries and travel quotations.
Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and destination partners.
Assist with bookings, documentation, visas, and travel insurance.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Provide support before, during, and after the customer's travel.

Who Can Apply?
Graduates or final-year students from any discipline.
Passion for travel, tourism, and sales.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented setting.
