Role: Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Mumbai / Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and external systems.
Supports the design, build, and maintenance of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio components, PECI, PICOF.
Works on data transformation, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio support, PECI, PICOF)
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
Support inbound/outbound integrations (HR, payroll, perks, finance systems)
Execute integration testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and resolve defects
Monitor integration jobs and troubleshoot failures and data inconsistencies
Assist in requirements gathering and integration design discussions
Support Workday releases and regression testing
Maintain integration documentation (design specs, mapping files)




Collaborate with functional teams for end-to-end data flow validation

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Workday Integrations
Hands-on experience with EIB and Core Connectors, Studio
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, web services, APIs
Understanding of integration concepts and data structures
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Bachelors degree (Engineering / IT or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in Workday Studio
Experience in implementation or AMS support projects
Knowledge of HR/payroll data flows Key Performance Indicators
Integration success rate (>98%)
On-time delivery of integration tasks
