The ideal candidate should have solid experience in trademark prosecution, clearance, litigation support, and IP strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct trademark availability and clearance searches.
Prepare, file, and prosecute trademark applications before the relevant trademark offices.
Respond to examination reports, office actions, and oppositions.
Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios.
Draft and negotiate trademark-related agreements, including licensing, assignments, coexistence, and settlement agreements.
Advise clients on brand protection,



trademark strategy, and intellectual property matters.
Handle trademark infringement, opposition, cancellation, and enforcement actions.
Monitor trademark renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with foreign associates for international trademark filings.
Conduct legal research and provide opinions on trademark-related issues.
Stay updated on trademark laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Support due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions involving intellectual property.
