Role Overview:

We are looking for a Jr. Database Engineer to assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of database systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and a solid understanding of relational database modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
Write and maintain database code including stored procedures, scripts, and queries.
Support database design and relational modeling activities.
Assist in performance tuning and optimization of databases.
Collaborate with developers to understand database requirements and support application development.
Learn and adapt to team processes, coding standards, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 / 2012.
Valuable understanding of relational database modeling.
Ability to write database code (stored procedures, scripts, etc.).
Understanding of or ability to write C# code is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
