Job Description

What you’ll do…
Support the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets.
Monitor all entrances, exits and public areas, conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure workplace.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security-related situations in a skilled manner.
Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarm panels and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities immediately.
Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, emergency evacuation and health & safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, lost and found items and daily security activities.
Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and local authorities whenever required.
Assist in investigations, risk assessments and the implementation of security procedures to minimise operational risks.
Promote a guest-focused approach by delivering skilled, courteous and discreet security services at all times.
