Job Description

Avery Dennison is seeking an IT Business Analyst with deep, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules. As part of the Global IT Organization, this position will be the critical link between IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to maximize our Oracle Cloud SCM planning.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical and functional understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM architecture, planning process concepts, and standard IT project management methodologies.

Responsibilities
Module Management: Lead the functional support and optimization of key Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules, specifically Demand Management, S&OP; Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning and Production Scheduling
Business Alignment: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key business leaders across supply chain, manufacturing,



and procurement.
Requirements & Design: Conduct detailed gap analyses between legacy business operations and Oracle Fusion standard processes. Design, configure, and document Oracle Fusion SCM solutions (including BR100 configurations and MD050 functional designs).
Continuous Improvement: Identify and present prospects for automated workflows, technical solutions, and process improvements within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem and assess/implement recent features in Quarterly updates to unlock additional capabilities within the SCM planning space
Testing & Deployment: Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scripts, and lead data migration/cleansing activities using Oracle FBDI
