Job Description – Debt Recovery Executive
Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments.
Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely loan or credit card payments.
Follow up on delinquent accounts while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.
Update customer payment records and maintain accurate documentation in the system.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare collection reports and provide regular updates to management.
