Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with product selection and purchases.
Process customer billing accurately using the POS system.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Perform daily stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Replenish products and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Ensure all products are correctly priced and displayed.
Answer customer queries and recommend suitable products.
Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging recent stock deliveries.
Follow company SOPs, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Report operational issues, customer feedback, and inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager.
