Prepare various MIS and Reports for Management/central team to take decisions and actions.
Working on various HR and Recruitment follow-ups and ensuring that TAT is adhered to.
Connecting with Recruiters/HRBPs to monitor timely adherence to various timelines.
Candidates with 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation will be preferred.
Training on Excel, HR processes and Report preparation will be provided.
