Job Role

Provide in office IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and basic server environments. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, attend customer service calls, and ensure timely resolution within TAT.

Requirements
2+ years of IT hardware field support experience.
Expertise in desktop, laptop, printer, and network troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with OS/software installation and configuration.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic servers.
Positive customer handling and communication skills.
Kannada mandatory; English and Hindi preferred.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel across Bengaluru.
