Exp. – 1-2yrs. in QA profile
Monitor service and sales calls to assess employee
Review a subset of agents’ conversations
Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback
Discuss and explain feedback with agents in regular meetings
Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support
Create reports that reflect support performance
