Manage daily showroom operations and administrative activities.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and customer documentation.
Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle and battery deliveries.
Maintain inventory records of E-Rickshaws, batteries, spare parts, and accessories.
Track stock movement and report shortages to management.
Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for timely deliveries.
Maintain customer records, warranty documents, and service files.
Schedule vehicle deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
Handle customer inquiries related to delivery, documentation, and service.
Coordinate with the service team for customer complaints and warranty cases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure proper filing of documents and compliance with company procedures.
Support management in improving operational efficiency.
