Job Summary:

Responsible for selling Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles, generating current business, managing customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and corporate channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams for seamless vehicle handover
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and CPO programs

Skills Required:
Robust sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship management




Knowledge of automotive products and pre-owned vehicle sales
Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Target-driven with robust presentation skills

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
2–6 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in pre-owned or luxury vehicle sales
Valid driving license is preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programs of brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota, Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra, Tata Motors, or other leading automotive brands
Experience in luxury automotive dealerships, used car dealerships, or premium retail sales

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
