Complete onboarding formalities and document verification.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate with operations regarding manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
