Skills Required:
Lead and mentor IT support staff; assign tasks, review performance, and support career Development.
Plan, implement, and maintain hardware, software, network, and security systems.
Oversee and coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, current implementations, and integrations.
Ensure robust data protection strategies, compliance with data privacy regulations, and regular security audits.
Monitor IT systems and respond to technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
Maintain IT documentation,



including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
Prepare and manage the IT department budget, forecasts, and procurement plans.
Assist in software deployment, updates, and license management.
Provide high-level support and guidance to end-users and arrange necessary training.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or IT management.
Robust knowledge of networks, servers, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management framework.
