We are looking for agile, self-motivated and relationship-driven professionals to join our Business Development team. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, relationship management and business development across Delhi NCR and other assigned locations.Key Responsibilities
Identify and meet professionals and business owners across Delhi NCR and other assigned cities.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings.
Present the company's products and services professionally.
Generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals and field activities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity and confidence.

Candidate Profile
2–10 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales preferred.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.




Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
