Role Overview

The Operations Intern will gain hands-on, end-to-end exposure to hospitality operations, coordination, and system-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with reservations and bookings using operational systems
Verify and update daily check-in and check-out lists
Support guest check-ins, check-outs, and last-minute changes
Coordinate with properties regarding payments, settlements, and verification
Upload payment proofs and follow up on pending balances
Maintain operational trackers and reports
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Supply, and Accounts teams
Gain exposure to onboarding processes and operational SOPs

Eligibility
Diploma, Bachelor’s,



or Postgraduate students in Hospitality, Business, or related fields
Positive communication and coordination skills
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Location: Calicut / Kochi

Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
