Assess the patient's physical and emotional health on admission and during each shift.
Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Maintain accurate nursing records and document all patient care activities.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
Maintain a clean, secure, and infection-free ward workplace by following infection control practices.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and home care instructions.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality and skilled ethics.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
