Job Summary:
Securitas Engineers is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in day-to-day operations. The role involves continuous coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and effective handling of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support to the sales team in daily activities
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order status
Handle customer calls, emails, and queries in a timely and qualified manner
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates
Maintain records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales data
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and communication





Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales support/customer service, preferably in electrical switchgear or related industry
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
