Job Description: Candidate should have in-depth knowledge FP&A; process and understanding of accounting policies & compliance.
Responsibilities: Should be able to manage a team and coach them continuously to achieve business goal
Should be able to understand & anticipate Clients business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same
Maintain process documentation (methodologies, data sources, approvals) and support internal/external audit requests
Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting value chain with thorough understanding of accounting policies and compliance
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to ensure stringent governance, identification of process gaps and recommend controls
Knowledge and expertise of tools such as Power BI,



Alteryx, etc. is preferred
Ability to partner with clients to drive various strategic initiatives for the function
Ability to manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders and escalation management
Lead/drive various transformation initiatives and identify process improvement prospects and work with the team for execution
Qualifications: Master's in Accounting/Finance/Qualified/Semi Qualified Accountant
10+ years of prior experience in FP&A; and IT Finance
Knowledge and expertise of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc. is preferred
