Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients by understanding their skincare and beauty concerns.
Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages based on client needs.
Achieve monthly retail sales and revenue targets.
Educate clients on product usage, benefits, and post-treatment skincare routines.
Build and maintain solid client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Cross-sell and upsell skincare products and aesthetic services.
Maintain product displays, inventory, and stock levels.
Coordinate with doctors, skin practitioners, and the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally.
Maintain accurate records of consultations, product sales, and client interactions.





Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Retail Sales Executive, or Customer Advisor in the aesthetic, dermatology, skincare, cosmetic, wellness, or luxury retail industry.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
