Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, achieve admission targets, and deliver an excellent counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses and career prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Support junior counsellors and ensure high-quality counselling.

Requirements
1+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, preferably in the education/EdTech sector.
Solid communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record in admissions.
Valuable knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and lead by example.
