Track the real-time movement of trucks using GPS or other tracking systems.
Coordinate with drivers to obtain trip status and delivery updates.
Ensure trucks follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
Maintain daily records of truck dispatches, arrivals, loading, unloading, and trip completion.
Update and maintain vehicle logs, trip sheets, fuel records, maintenance records, and delivery documentation.
Report delays, route deviations, vehicle breakdowns, and other operational issues to the transport manager.
Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure all transport documents are properly filed.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport and fleet reports.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled servicing and repairs.
Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Certificate, Permits, etc.) are valid and updated.
Maintain accurate records in ERP or Excel and ensure data accuracy.
Support the logistics and fleet teams in achieving timely and productive transportation operations.
Have Tally knowledge.
Pay: ₹12,836.06 - ₹14,508.86 per month
