We are currently seeking a Site Billing Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. As a Site Billing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your attention to detail and solid analytical skills will be essential in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting successful project completion.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review project invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with project management and site teams to gather necessary billing information.
Analyze and validate billing data, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain project billing records and documentation.
Provide support to project teams, answering any billing-related inquiries.
Keep track of billing deadlines to ensure timely submission.

Requirement
Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role in a construction setting.




Robust knowledge of billing processes and financial accounting principles.
Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction contracts and project billing requirements is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
