Role Summary:
The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a protected, nurturing, and engaging learning workplace that supports the holistic development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities as per the curriculum.
Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and organization.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development.
Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and training programs.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:
Graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in preschool teaching.
Excellent communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young children.
