Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IAM Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, and recommending IAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to support the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify recent business opportunities for IAM solutions.
Engage with prospects to understand their security and identity management needs.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customer-specific solutions.
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support contract negotiations.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
Stay updated on IAM technologies, cybersecurity trends, and market developments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B IT, Cybersecurity, or IAM sales.
Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
