Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Salary
₹1.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA
Salary will be based on communication skills, interview performance, and relevant experience.

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
0–3 years of experience in Voice Process, BPO, Customer Support, or Healthcare Process is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments and maintain customer records in the system.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Update customer interactions and follow company processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Experience in Voice Process/BPO/Customer Support is an added advantage.
Good English communication skills.



Regional language proficiency is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
