Role Overview

We’re looking for creators who live and breathe the internet. Someone who understands trends before they become trends, knows how to make content people actually want to watch, and can create quick, relevant, high-performing content for both social and performance marketing.

This role is highly execution-heavy and requires someone comfortable ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing content across platforms.

Responsibilities
Ideate and execute social-first content for Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and performance marketing
Script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content
Stay updated with trends, memes, creators, internet culture, and platform shifts
Create content around products, founders, campaigns, and moment marketing opportunities
Assist in shoot planning, prop sourcing, and content production
Work closely with marketing, design,



and performance teams to create converting creatives
Experiment with recent formats and content styles consistently

Requirements
Strong understanding of social media and internet culture
Comfortable being on camera and directing shoots
Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Instagram Edits, etc.)
Rapid execution and turnaround time
Ability to think independently and bring fresh ideas proactively
Prior content creation experience preferred (scaled pages from 0-10k followers min)

Job Location - Powai
Duration - 3 Months and then will be converted into PPO

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
