Minimum Qualification B. Pharma , BSc
Quality Testing: Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
Analytical Techniques: Utilize a variety of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-VIS, FTIR, titration, and others to assess the quality of chemical products.
Documentation: Accurately document all test results and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company policies related to chemical handling and testing.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot quality issues,
working with the production and R&D; teams to find solutions and improve processes.
Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and potential areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D;, and supply chain, to ensure quality objectives are met.
