We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of US recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to source and screen candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of US recruitment
Robust sourcing and screening skills
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)




Positive interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher to 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably US recruitment)
Graduate in any discipline
