You will work closely with senior leadership and the Business Development team to identify opportunities, execute growth initiatives, and contribute directly to revenue expansion.

Core Responsibilities1. Market Research & Prospect Identification
Conduct in-depth research on:
Market trends
Competitor strategies
Category performance across Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Flipkart
Identify potential growth prospects such as:
New product categories
Pricing gaps
Emerging trends
Present insights and recommendations to the team
Business Development Support
Assist in executing growth initiatives across marketplaces
Support onboarding and expansion into current channels
Help evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations
Sales & Performance Tracking




Monitor daily and weekly sales performance across platforms
Track key metrics such as revenue, conversion, and AOV
Identify performance gaps and suggest improvements
Campaign Execution Support
Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure timely updates for pricing, discounts, and offers
Partnership Coordination
Support communication with external partners and platform teams
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
Follow up on ongoing collaborations and opportunities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare reports on business performance and growth metrics
Analyze data to derive actionable insights
Support leadership in decision-making through structured reporting
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
E-commerce team (operations & platform execution)
Marketing team (campaigns & creatives)
CRM team (customer insights & retention)
Ensure alignment across teams for smooth execution

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
