We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.

Achieve hiring targets within the given timeline.

Requirements:

Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Experience using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, or WorkIndia is an added advantage.
